Tell us your venue, guest count and expected end time. Wedding service is pre-booked so we can schedule the right number of driver teams.

Driver teams arrive as the night winds down, ready to take guests home in their own vehicles.

We work through the parking lot systematically so no one, and no vehicle, gets left behind.
A safer send-off for your guests
Whether it's 10 guests or 100, NightCrew can run multiple driver teams in parallel so your reception doesn't turn into a logistics problem. Guests drive their own cars to the ceremony, celebrate freely, and wake up with their car in the driveway.
Many couples book us as a line item alongside the venue and catering, and guests notice that you thought of it. We can also cover the rehearsal dinner, stag and stagette parties, and the after-party.
Pricing follows our standard rates ($25 pickup plus $2.50 per km per guest trip). For larger weddings, ask about a quote for the whole night. We accept all major cards, debit and more.

How far in advance should we book wedding designated drivers?
As early as you can, ideally once your venue and date are confirmed. Summer Saturdays book up first. Pre-booking lets us schedule enough driver teams for your guest count.
How many driver teams will we need?
It depends on your guest count and how many guests plan to drive. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend a plan and quote.
Who pays: the couple or the guests?
Either. Couples can cover rides as a gift to guests, or guests can pay for their own trip. We can quote both ways.
Do you cover venues outside the city?
Yes. We regularly serve venues across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Extended coverage is available on request.
Can you drive manual-transmission cars?
Yes. Our drivers are trained on both automatic and manual transmissions.
