How do I book a designated driver?
Call or text dispatch at 604-757-5900, or book online. Weddings and special events should be pre-booked; for everything else, last-minute rides are often available.
How much does a designated driver cost?
A $25 pickup fee plus $2.50 per km, with a $50 minimum. Late-night and peak-demand periods may carry a surcharge. See our pricing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit (Interac), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer and cash.
Can you drive my car if it is a manual transmission?
Yes. Our drivers are trained on both automatic and manual transmissions. Let us know when you book.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every driver is fully licensed, background-checked, and insured to operate your vehicle.
Do you provide drivers for weddings and events?
Yes. We coordinate multiple driver teams for pre-booked weddings, corporate events and special events. See Weddings, Corporate Events and Special Events.
Do I need to be in the car during the trip?
Yes. The service is for driving you, in your own vehicle, to your destination safely.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are accepted with advance notice. A small fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Is tipping the driver expected?
Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated for excellent service.
Can I schedule a recurring designated driver?
Yes. We offer recurring bookings for clients who need regular help, such as weekly appointments or evening outings.
