One call or text brings a two-driver team to you, any time of day or night. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment your car is back in your driveway.
Reserve your ride
Call or text 604-757-5900 when you're ready to head home, or book ahead online. Tell us your pickup point, where you're going, and whether your car is automatic or manual.
We come to you
A professional designated driver team meets you at your pickup location, anywhere in our service area: a restaurant, a friend's house, a venue or a parking lot.
We drive your vehicle
One driver takes your car and drives you (and your guests, kids or pets) home, while a second driver follows behind.
Arrive home safely
You and your vehicle arrive together. The second driver picks up the first once the trip is complete, and the team heads to the next call.
Wake up ready to go
The next morning your vehicle is already in your driveway, ready for work, errands, or whatever's next.
Why two drivers?
A single rideshare gets you home, but leaves your car wherever you parked it. NightCrew's two-driver model exists to solve exactly that. One driver stays with you and your vehicle for the whole trip; the second follows so the team can leave together once you're home.
The result is what a designated friend would give you, without asking a friend to stay sober and drive.
What to expect on the ride
Your driver is licensed, insured, background-checked and trained on automatic and manual transmissions. They'll adjust the seat and mirrors, drive at a relaxed pace, and follow your preferred route home.
Bring your passengers along: everyone who fits in your vehicle rides home with you. Want to drop a friend off first? Just tell your driver; extra distance is charged at the same per-kilometre rate.
How it works: common questions
How long does it take for a team to arrive?
It depends on where you are and how busy the night is. Dispatch will give you an arrival estimate when you call or text. For weddings and events, pre-book so a team is on site when you need it.
Do both drivers ride in my car?
No. One driver drives you in your own vehicle; the second follows in a separate car to pick up their teammate after you arrive.
Can I book for later tonight, or for another day?

What does it cost?
