Designated Drivers for Special Events
Birthdays, anniversaries, galas, concerts, graduations and holiday parties: pre-book a NightCrew driver team and enjoy the celebration knowing you, your guests and your cars will get home safely.
How it works
01 · Pre-book your event
Share the date, pickup location, expected end time and how many people will need a ride home.
02 · We arrive on schedule
Your driver team is there when the night wraps up, or on standby if you are not sure when you will leave.
03 · Home with your car
One driver takes you home in your own vehicle; the second follows. Guests with cars can book their own ride too.
Celebrate without the car problem
Special events are where plans fall apart: someone was going to stay sober, and then didn't. Pre-booking NightCrew takes the question off the table before the night starts.
We cover birthday dinners, milestone anniversaries, family reunions, galas and fundraisers, concerts and games, graduations, and holiday parties. For hosts, our standby option means drivers are ready for any guest who needs a ride home, without everyone booking ahead.
Rides follow our standard rates: $25 pickup plus $2.50 per km, $50 minimum. We accept all major cards, debit and more.
