What is a designated driver service?
A designated driver service ensures you and your vehicle get home safely. We send a professional team of two drivers to drive you in your own car home when you are unable or prefer not to drive yourself.
When should I use a designated driver service?
Our service is ideal after social events, dinner outings, medical appointments, or any situation where you need a safe ride home in your own vehicle.
How do I book a designated driver?
You can book by phone, or by requesting a ride quote, or you can simply book a ride via our website. We recommend booking in advance, but last-minute service may be available depending on demand.
Can you drive my car if it’s a manual transmission?
Yes, we have drivers trained in both automatic and manual transmissions. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and insured to operate your vehicle responsibly.
Do you provide service for events or group bookings?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple designated drivers for weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Get a ride quote from us to arrange group service.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on distance, time of day, and service type. Flat rates may apply for common routes. There is a $50 minimum call out fee. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Do I need to be in the car during service?
Yes. This service is for transporting you in your vehicle to your destination safely.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are accepted with advance notice. A small fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Do you provide service late at night?
Absolutely! we offer evening and late-night service - ideal for safe rides home after social events.
Is tipping the driver expected?
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for excellent service.
Can you drive my car home and then get back to your location?
Yes. Our drivers arrive as a team: one drives you and your vehicle, while the second follows to pick up the driver afterward.
Can I schedule recurring designated driver service?
Yes. We offer recurring bookings for clients needing regular assistance - for example, weekly medical appointments or evening outings.
